The house has a large living room with open kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The garden is completely fenced and secluded.

The centrally located heated swimming pool, the olive tree and the large sun terrace complete the picture. The dining area of the terrace is equipped with a sunshade that provides shade during the hot summer months. The stone barbecue on the terrace invites to long, tasty and cozy table moments with the whole group, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over “les montagnes Almaric”…
